They are very wonderful people!!! Yes they get your car fixed in whatever way needed but they also provide some drinks for you, they provide car service, they give you advice for yourself or your car. Really great service and knowledgeable team. They highlighted some issues with my car during an oil change and I have a mechanic in the family. They looked over the images Centric took and said they used sound judgment and gave a fair price. I also had my son with me and they gave him a little race car to help distract him while we waited. Such a nice team!

I was recommended by 2 people that did not know each other about Centric Automotive and I felt that was a sign from above because i was in such a pickle and it was a sunday of all days. I was so impressed and so absolutely grateful for everyone at Centric Automotive. It is a very honest , quality, trust worthy auto mechanic place, which is saying alot coming from a women that is always leary if im going to be taken advantage of because i dont know much about cars. They are efficient and very clear with there communication and break down with what they are going to do to your car. It's a very safe establishment for your car. It's extremely clean and very professional. There is not enough words to say how absolutely great this place is. They have gained a customer for life with me! No more dealership!! Honest, reliable and ethical. sadly, one cannot always find that in an auto shop but you can most definitely count on Victor making sure that things are done right. When we initially brought my out back here, they could not find the exact issue and without they're being certain conditions, the initial fix didn't work. I brought it back and was never given a hard time and it was fixed. I like the fact that I don't have to hassle with the warranty company or the rental agency, they handled everything.
