Detailed report with actual photos and estimates was provided first explaining all the required services for my car. The repair work quality was very good/clean with reasonable wait time considering the type of repairs that my car needed. Excellent and professional staff. Very clean, well air conditioned waiting room with free snacks and great background music. Also very clean restroom.

Start to finish they were amazing!! I called the day before and they told me yea bring your car right over the next day!!! Brought it in and they immediately took it back to assess it. They kept me updated the entire time and even cut the cost of my labor because they said it was pretty high to just have headlights replaced. Issac was very personable and engaging. I feel like what I paid was reasonable and I even got my car back the same day! They’re going to be my new go to shop!

I was nervous about having my Jeep dropped off by the tow truck after hours, but the next business day the guys at Centric reached out right away and made me feel totally at ease. They are fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will certainly be returning for future maintenance. Thanks again for taking such good care of my jeep.

Great services and easy to get a hold of the shop. Phone email text. They also post pictures of the issues they found which makes for better understanding for non car people like myself. Will become my new go to car shop for now on.

Took my prius 3 places. Centric was under other quotes. Better though, time was a factor to them. I was prepared for weeks of waiting. 4 biz days later rebuilt battery done and at best price. I give 100% recommendation here. Oh and sodas and gummy bears in lobby. The Lil things count .

Honest, reliable and ethical. sadly, one cannot always find that in an auto shop but you can most definitely count on Victor making sure that things are done right. When we initially brought my out back here, they could not find the exact issue and without they're being certain conditions, the initial fix didn't work. I brought it back and was never given a hard time and it was fixed. I like the fact that I don't have to hassle with the warranty company or the rental agency, they handled everything.
