Second (or third) time taking my vehicle here and same great experience as always. Had an issue with my AC not working so I dropped it off late in the day. They got me an Uber home and the next morning let me know it was just a disconnected wire and all I had to pay was the diagnostic fee. I try to fix my cars myself but when I have issues or time won't allow I usually bring it here and I have peace of mind doing it.

This was my first time here (referred), and it was SUPERIOR service all the way through. My service was for an oil change on my Mercedes, but he did a fill point inspection and I found out there were some other problems lying ahead and then my favorite part was that they gave my baby a full service car wash service after (which needed it bad)! *Excellent Customer Service.*

We were referred to Centric for a hybrid rebuilt battery by another repair shop that we use and trust. We are so thankful for the referral. First, we were amazed by the high level communication (onsite, over the phone and via text). Second, the price was much lower than we expected to pay for the repair. That was quote a relief. And last, they have an amazing warranty for the rebuilt battery. We hope our vehicle will not need any more love, but if it does, we will be back!
